The SIM chip that
never needs swapping.
Zentari's eUICC platform lets you push new operator profiles to sealed, embedded devices over the air — no SIM tray, no site visit, no downtime. Switch networks, update credentials, and manage your entire eSIM fleet from the Axis Portal or REST API.
Networks we roam across
A SIM permanently soldered to your PCB.
An eUICC is a SIM chip soldered directly onto your device's circuit board during manufacture. There's no card slot and no removable SIM. Instead, operator credentials — called profiles — are delivered electronically over the air, letting you change network provider without ever opening the hardware.
Soldered at manufacture
The eUICC is integrated into your PCB during production. No SIM tray means no ingress point — ideal for IP67/IP68 sealed enclosures, miniature hardware and devices that live in harsh environments.
Profiles switched over the air
Push new operator profiles to devices anywhere in the field via Zentari's SM-DP+ server. Switch provider, update authentication credentials, or activate regional roaming — all without touching the hardware.
GSMA SGP.02 compliant
All profile downloads are authenticated and encrypted under the GSMA M2M standard. Cryptographic binding between the eUICC and SM-DP+ server prevents unauthorised profile injection.
- Sealed enclosure must be opened to swap SIM — breaks IP rating
- Site visits required for every network change or credential update
- Remote or hazardous deployments make physical access costly or dangerous
- Different SKUs per country or operator complicates manufacturing
- SIM tray adds failure point in vibration or shock environments
- Sealed enclosures stay sealed — no hardware access ever needed
- Push profile changes to any device, anywhere, in under 30 seconds
- Deploy globally with one SKU — assign the local profile at activation
- Bootstrap profile included for out-of-box connectivity on first boot
- Manage your entire eSIM fleet from the Axis Portal or REST API
From factory floor to field — in three steps.
Zentari's SM-DP+ platform handles the full GSMA M2M provisioning lifecycle. Ship with bootstrap, go live with a push.
Ship with a bootstrap profile
Devices leave the factory with a lightweight bootstrap profile already loaded. This gives them enough connectivity to reach Zentari's SM-DP+ server the moment they first power on — no manual SIM insertion, no pre-configuration per device.
Push the production profile OTA
When a device goes live in the field, trigger profile delivery via the Axis Portal or REST API. The eUICC authenticates with the SM-DP+ server and pulls down the full multi-network production profile — encrypted and bound to that specific chip.
Manage everything from Axis
Your eSIM fleet lives in the same Axis dashboard as your physical SIM estate. Monitor usage, apply Watchdog rules, swap profiles, and set data caps — all from one place, without ever touching a device.
Everything your integration team needs to know.
Full GSMA M2M compliance out of the box. Hardware-agnostic — works with any eUICC-enabled module from Sierra Wireless, Telit, Quectel, and others.
Every Zentari eSIM ships with a bootstrap profile preloaded — giving your devices immediate connectivity from first power-on, with no manual provisioning step at the factory. Production profiles are pushed OTA once the device is deployed.
eSIM management sits inside the same platform as everything else.
There's no separate eSIM portal. Your eUICC devices live in the same Axis dashboard as your physical SIM estate — with the same Watchdog rules, the same usage reporting, and the same REST API. One platform, one bill, one place to look.
Watchdog Rules
Set automated rules on your eSIM fleet — suspend when data thresholds are hit, alert on unusual usage patterns, or lock profiles from activating in unexpected geographies.
Live Usage Data
Per-device usage data updated every 30 minutes. See exactly how much data each eSIM has consumed — no end-of-month surprises, no guesswork.
REST API
Trigger profile pushes, swap profiles, suspend devices, and pull usage data programmatically. Full OpenAPI spec and webhook support included.
Where eSIM makes the difference.
eSIM and eUICC are the right choice whenever physical SIM access is impractical, risky, or simply too expensive to justify.
